Great, I no longer have to drive down to Arizona-Mexico border to see armed Border guards on ATV's chasing illegals. Soon, I'll be able to catch the action on my next trip to Vancouver.
What I can't figure out is whether the increase in illegal immigration to the Great White North is due to:
a. They really prefer Canada and aren't willing to stay in the U.S. when they get in there illegally, or
b. The Americans are doing such a good job of chasing them, that they get confused and head north, or
c. The Canadians are doing such a bad job of keeping Canada's border safe, or
d. They still think the great Yukon Gold Rush is still paying off big dividends.
If Obama has his way, soon these won't be 'Mexicans' we'll be trying to stop, it will be 'American citizens who were born in Mexico' or maybe just good old American citizens who will do anything to escape a sinking ship.
But for now, let's get serious about Canada's illegal border crossings before they grow to the point we can't afford to stop them.
