Congress May Have Joined for the Debt Deal, But They're Miles Apart on the FAA. Here's what's next. . .

Seems that the parties can't even agree on how to collect the taxes that are already legal.  Take a look at what the Deal overshadowed today.  And, what an August recess may mean for the collection or lack of collection of tax dollars.  My, America is screwed up.
